By using kriyarevops.com, completing the Revenue Machine Scorecard, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Services
KRIYA provides revenue operations content, a free Scorecard and personalized Roadmap, and paid done-for-you marketing, sales, and operations services. The Scorecard and Roadmap are general guidance, not financial, legal, or professional advice, and results vary by business.
2. Using the Site and Scorecard
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and tools lawfully. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
3. Communications Consent
By submitting the Scorecard with the consent box checked, you agree that KRIYA may contact you by email, SMS, and phone about your results and our services, using the contact details you provide. You can opt out at any time (see Section 4 and our Privacy Policy).
4. SMS / Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)
These terms apply to text messages between you and KRIYA.
- Program description. KRIYA sends messages related to your Revenue Machine Scorecard results, your roadmap, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer care, and information about our services.
- Opt-in. You consent to receive recurring SMS messages from KRIYA by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and we will stop sending texts, unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@kriyarevops.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
- Privacy. We do not sell or share your phone number or your mobile opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
- Supported carriers may change and are offered on an "as is" basis.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, the Scorecard, the Roadmap, and our content are owned by KRIYA and provided for your personal business use. You may not resell or redistribute them without permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our free content and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRIYA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the Scorecard, or our communications. Paid services are governed by their own separate agreement.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
