Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate and deliver your personalized Revenue Machine Roadmap.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Contact you about your Scorecard results and how KRIYA can help your business, by email, SMS, and phone, where you have consented.
- Schedule and confirm calls or appointments.
- Operate, improve, and secure our services.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent for marketing communications, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business for the rest. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 6).
3. SMS and Phone Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages and phone calls from KRIYA about your Scorecard results, your roadmap, scheduling, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your information, and we never share your mobile opt-in consent or phone number, with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Full messaging terms are in our Terms and SMS Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business and act on our instructions, for example our form provider (Jotform), our CRM (GoHighLevel), our email and SMS providers, and our hosting and automation infrastructure. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and access is limited to authorized personnel.
